This new build unit including a Trisobuild RWL roof system, this included a 32/1000 profiled metal liner sheet in bright white colour, Tata's Instaloc spacer system was Installed to provide the required cavity, in conjunction with 280mm Euroclass A thermal insulation, thus achieving the specified 0.16 W/m2k performance. Finally the roof system was completed with installation of HPS200 32/1000 in Albatross Grey. The roof also incorporated Brett Martin site assembled rooflights, these high performance site assembled units will provide excellent thermal performance, 0.15W/m2k.

Wall cladding was provided in the form of Tata Trisobuild FW30V firewall system, achieving 30 minutes insulation/240 minutes integrity, & Insulated to 0.22 W/m2K. Striking architectural elements such as contrasting fascia flashings and striking entrance canopy.
